We accept returns of any undamaged, unwashed, and unworn items within 10 business days of order confirmation. To register a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, tracking number (if available) and reason of return. After 10 business days all sales are final. You may return your item to us via your own choice of courier service, for which the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and taxes. We encourage that you use a service which allows you to track your parcel. Any lost parcels in transit will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must include all original paperwork, labels, tags, and accompanying packaging. You may opt to pack the items in a different box or mailer should the original one be damaged upon delivery. If you choose to do so, kindly ensure that your name and order number is included on your return package.

If you find that the size, colour, or style of the item(s) you ordered is not suitable, you may opt for a one-time exchange.
Steps for Exchange: 1. Place new order for any new item 2. Return old order 3. Email us with your new order number, return order number, and tracking number of return. To perform an exchange, you may purchase any new item of your choice within 10 business days of your previous order, and mail back your return order to us. You may return your item to us via your own choice of courier service, for which the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and taxes. All return items must be strictly undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.
We will ship out your new order as soon as it is placed. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for your return order in full as soon as we can. The $10 processing fee does not apply to order exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.
Our studio is closed to the public at the moment. You may drop off your return parcel in person, and the return will be processed according to our return policy. No walk-ins or in-person exchanges will be allowed at the moment. Thank you for your understanding.
